How to Book

Important for Pilots
📌 Register on the CAA Cellma System Before Booking
All pilots must register on the CAA Cellma system before booking. This ensures:
✅ Smooth access to your medical records
✅ Time to resolve any portal issues
✅ Completion of the required medical questionnaire
The questionnaire helps us identify if any additional documentation (e.g., medical reports) is needed, ensuring your examination proceeds without delays.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
💳 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
🔄 Cancellations & Changes:
Full refund for cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice
50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours
Free rescheduling with 48+ hours’ notice
Need a Different Time?
We may be able to offer appointments outside regular hours (weekdays, 9 am–5 pm). To request an alternative slot:
