Sunny Bank Mills is a beautifully restored textile mill complex founded in 1829, now in its sixth generation of family ownership. Once one of the largest textile manufacturers in Leeds, the site has been transformed into a vibrant destination blending work, creativity, and community.
The complex is home to an art gallery, independent shops, cafes including the Mill Kitchen restaurant and Grumpy's Pizza Bar, artist studios, and a fascinating textile heritage museum. It's also been used as a filming location for Heartbeat and Emmerdale.
Our clinic is located in Red Lane Mill, a dedicated modern space designed specifically for aviation medical examinations. We're proud to be part of this thriving creative community.

Main Car Park
Enter via the main entrance on Town Street. Park in any unmarked visitor space.
Water Lane Car Park
Alternative entrance with one dedicated space for Yorkshire Aeromedical patients.
Red Lane Mill (Our Building)
Look for the "Red Lane Mill" sign. Enter via the courtyard - we're on the ground floor.
Getting Here
By Car
From Leeds: Take the A647 towards Bradford. Turn right onto Town Street in Farsley. Sunny Bank Mills is on your left.
From Bradford: Take the A647 towards Leeds. Turn left onto Town Street in Farsley.
From Leeds Bradford Airport: Around 15 minutes via the A658 and A647.
From M62/M621: Exit onto the Leeds Ring Road and follow signs for Farsley via Stanningley.
Public Transport
By Train: New Pudsey Station is a 15-minute walk. Serves Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, and Huddersfield.
